01How long does a transformation engagement take?
The as-is analysis takes two to four weeks. Blueprint and execution depend on scope; most MSME programmes run three to six months with a retained support period afterwards.
02Do we need to change our software?
Not necessarily. We start from the process and recommend tooling only where the current stack cannot support it. Where a change is needed we implement it ourselves.
03Can you work with a team outside Kerala?
Yes. We serve clients across India, the USA, the UK, Qatar and Dubai, combining on-site workshops with remote delivery.
