Event terms

These terms apply when you book a ticket for a workshop, webinar or other event organised by Prohub Process Management Pvt Ltd ("ProHub").

Booking

• A booking is confirmed when payment succeeds (or, for free events, when you complete registration) and we email your tickets.
• Each ticket admits one named attendee. You can transfer a ticket to a colleague by writing to us before the event.
• Prices are shown in the event currency and include GST where applicable. A tax invoice is available from your order page.

Online events

Join links are personal to ticket holders and must not be shared. Sessions may be recorded; we will say so at the start.

Changes

We may change the agenda or speakers. If we postpone or cancel an event we will offer a transfer to the new date or a full refund.

Conduct

We may refuse entry or remove anyone who disrupts an event, without refund.
