How we implement Zoho Finance

What we implement

The Zoho Finance suite, configured for how you work

  1. 01

    Zoho Books

Chart of accounts, GST and VAT set-up, bank feeds, approval workflows, multi-currency and branch accounting.

  2. 02

    Zoho Inventory and Billing

Stock, warehouses, sales orders, subscriptions and recurring invoices connected to the ledger.

  3. 03

    Zoho Expense and Payroll

Expense policies, card feeds and payroll with PF, ESI and TDS, posted straight to the books.

  4. 04

    Integrations and reporting

Zoho CRM, payment gateways and e-commerce connected, with dashboards and MIS packs on top.

How a Zoho Books implementation runs

From first call to a closed month in Zoho

  1. Step 1

    Process review

We map how money moves through your business today and agree what Zoho should automate.

  2. Step 2

    Configuration

Organisation, taxes, templates, approvals, roles and integrations, tested on your real transactions.

  3. Step 3

    Migration

Opening balances and history moved from Tally, QuickBooks, Xero or spreadsheets, reconciled line by line.

  4. Step 4

    Training and go-live

Role-based training for your team, a parallel run and a signed-off first month close.

  5. Step 5

    Ongoing support

Optional managed bookkeeping, compliance and monthly MIS on the system we built.

Why a process firm

Software alone does not fix a broken process

Most Zoho Books projects stall because the tool is installed on top of the old way of working. We are process consultants and accountants first, so we redesign approvals, document flow and month-end before we configure anything.

The result is a system your team uses every day, numbers your accountant trusts, and reports you can act on.

Zoho Books implementation: common questions

01How long does a Zoho Books implementation take?

A single-entity business with clean records usually goes live in two to four weeks. Multi-branch, inventory-heavy or multi-currency set-ups, or long migration histories, take longer. We give you a dated plan after the process review.

02Can you migrate our data from Tally or QuickBooks to Zoho Books?

Yes. We move masters, opening balances and the history you need, then reconcile trial balances, receivables, payables and GST before go-live.

03Is Zoho Books GST compliant for Indian businesses?

Yes. Zoho Books supports GST invoicing, e-invoicing, e-way bills and GSTR filings. We configure tax rates, HSN and SAC codes, and the filing workflow for your registrations.

04Do you support businesses outside India on Zoho?

Yes. We set up Zoho Books for UK, US and Gulf businesses with VAT or sales tax, multi-currency and local reporting, and can run the bookkeeping afterwards.
